Water apple or white jaam is one of the Indian fruit. Water apple is juicy, sweet fruit found especially in summer season. This fruit grows in humid and warm regions.
Ingredients:
Water apple or white jaam fruits 20
Sugar 4/5 teaspoons
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
Cold water
Ice cubes
Procedure:
Wash and clean the fruits.
Cut the water apple fruits into two pieces.
Remove the seeds.
Add the fruit pieces, sugar and salt in a juicer jar.
