Water Apple/White jaam Juice
- Water apple or white jaam is one of the Indian fruit. Water apple is juicy, sweet fruit found especially in summer season. This fruit grows in humid and warm regions.
- Ingredients:
- Water apple or white jaam fruits 20
- Sugar 4/5 teaspoons
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Cold water
- Ice cubes
- Procedure:
- Wash and clean the fruits.
- Cut the water apple fruits into two pieces.
- Remove the seeds.
- Add the fruit pieces, sugar and salt in a juicer jar.
- Add one glass (250 ml) of cold water.
- Crush finely.
- Strain with the strainer.
- Add cardamom powder.
- Adjust salt, water and sugar as per your taste.
- Serve cold with an ice cubes.
