pomegranate coconut shake


  • Ingredients: 
  • 2 pomegranates
  • 1 cup grated fresh coconut
  • 2 green chilies
  • salt 1 teaspoon
  • sugar 2 teaspoon
  • water 1/2 liter or more as required.


  • Procedure: 
  • Wash and peel pomegranates.
  • Remove pomegranate seeds.
  • Wash and make paste of green chilies.
  • Add pomegranate seeds and 2 tablespoons of water in a juicer jar. 
  • Blend for 5/10 seconds. Make the same process 2/3 times.
  • Strain the juice in a big bowl, keep aside.
  • Add fresh grated coconut, sugar, salt, green chilly paste and 1 cup water in a juicer jar.
  • Blend for 2 minutes, strain the mixture in a bowl of pomegranate juice.
  • Add grated coconut remain on the strainer in a juicer jar. 
  • Add water and blend for two minutes.
  • Strain the mixture in a same bowl.
  • Mix well, adjust your taste, garnish with curry leaves and serve chilled.
  • Enjoy summer with healthy shake!!!
