Cluster beans potato stir fry
- Ingredients:
- Cluster beans 500 grams
- Potatoes 3 medium
- Oil 1 tablespoon
- Mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoon,
- Hing 1/4 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon red chilly powder,
- 1 teaspoon sugar,
- Grated fresh coconut 2 tablespoons,
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Procedure:
- Wash and cut cluster beans as per your choice.
- Keep cluster beans in a strainer and steam cook.
- Wash potatoes and make four pieces.
- Make slices of potatoes.
- Heat oil in a pan on low flame.
- Add mustard seeds.
- Once mustard seeds crackle add potato slices, keep stirring on low flame.
- Add hing, turmeric powder, red chilly powder.
- Mix well.
- Add cluster beans, sugar, salt and grated coconut.
- Mix well. Keep lid on pan for five minutes.
- Adjust your taste.
- Serve hot with chapati.
