cashew nut sweet flowers

• Ingredients:  
• Dry peeled cashew nuts 1/2 cup
• Sugar 1/4 cup
• Water 1 table spoon
• cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
• Food colors

• Procedure:
• Add cashew nuts in a dry jar and make powder.
• Heat a pan on low flame.
• Add sugar and water in a pan.
• Keep stirring till all sugar melts.
• Add cashew nut powder, mix well.
• Add cardamom powder and keep stirring for two minutes.
• Remove from the flame.
• Add two drops of food color.
• keep stirring till cashew mixture starts thickening.
• Take a small ball from the dough.
• Roll the ball in a thick string shape on palm.
• Make four inch round stick.
• Press upper edge of stick.
  
• Make rolling action and stick only lower part.
• Upper part looks like rose.
• Make all the rose flowers.
  
• Give homemade sweet to your loved ones.
