Chikoo ( Sapodilla/ sapota) Horlicks Milkshake

Chikoo or sapota is a brown colour sweet fruit. Tree of chikoo is evergreen and big.



  • Ingredients:
  • 2 medium chikoo (Sapodilla/ sapota.) 
  • 250 ml cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon Horlicks
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • Procedure: 
  • Wash and peel chikoos.
  • Cut the chikoo and remove seeds.
  • Add chikoo pieces, sugar and Horlicks in a juicer jar.
  • Blend for two minutes.
  • Add milk  and blend again.
  • Transfer in a serving glass.
  • Pour some horlicks and serve cool!
