Spicy Kokum Juice



  • Ingredients:
  • 1 cup kokum pulp
  • 2 cups jaggery
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 2 green chilies
  • water
  • salt 2 teaspoons


  • Procedure:
  • Wash and peel kokum fruits.
  • Keep outer skin aside for concentrated juice.
  • Add pulp with seeds in a large bowl.




  • Crush jaggery and add in a pulp, keep aside for an hour.
  • Make paste of green chilies.
  • After an hour strain the mixture. 
  • You will get concentrated juice.
  • Add 1:5 water in a juice.
  • Mix salt, roasted cumin powder, chilly paste.
  • Adjust as per your taste.
  • Strain again and serve chilled!!
  • Enjoy summer!!!!
  • Dried seeds of kokum are useful to make kokum butter!
