Raw Tomato Chutney:

Raw tomato chutney is one more easy, tasty and spicy side dish.
  • Ingredients:
  • Raw tomato 500 grams
  • Refined oil 1 tablespoon
  • Crushed peanuts powder 2 tablespoons
  • Grated fresh coconut 1 tablespoon
  • Jaggery 1 tablespoon
  • Red chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • Mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Procedure:
  • Wash and cut raw tomatoes in very small cubes.
  • Heat oil in a pan. 
  • Add mustard seeds.
  • Once mustard seeds crackle, add turmeric powder and red chilly powder.
  • Add tomato cubes, mix well.
  • Put the lid for ten minutes.
  • Keep stirring on law flame.
  • Remove lid after ten minutes.
  • Add jaggery and salt.
  • Keep stirring. 
  • Add peanuts powder and grated fresh coconut.
  • Stir fry for more 10 minutes.
  • Adjust your taste.
  • Serve with Indian bread...Chapati or Roti.
