Ingredients:

 grated raw mango 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Cardamom powder 1/2 tea spoon
Cloves 3 

Procedure:

1) Peel the raw mango  and grate it finely.

2) Mix  well sugar, grated raw mango, cloves and cardamom powder in a bowl.

3) Keep aside for an hour.

4)Now put mixture in a pan. 

5)Keep the pan on low flame, stir it till sugar dissolves.

6)Keep on flame until sugar syrup gets two thread consistency.

7) Remove it from the flame and let sakharamba cool down.

8)Store in a airtight glass jar.
