chana dal laddu


Ingredients: 2 cups Chana dal, 2 cups sugar, 100ml ghee, 1 tea spoon cardamom powder, 2 tea spoon almond slices, 3/4 cup mawa, water
procedure:

1) Soak Chana dal in warm water for two hours.

2)Drain water after 2 hours.

3) Grind Chana dal very well.

4) Heat ghee in frying pan.

5)Add ground Chana dal.

6)Fry till dal becomes golden Brown.
While frying Chana dal add mawa in last five minutes and Fry.

7) Keep aside.

8) In another Fry pan add sugar 2 cups and water 1 cup.

9) make sugar syrup.

10) Add pieces of almond and cardamom powder.

11) Add fried Chana dal , mix well.

12) keep for one hour.

13) Make round balls (ladu) applying ghee on hand palm.
