Aamrakhand




  • Ingredients:
  •  1li. curd, 
  • 2 cup sugar,
  •  3 cup mango pulp , 
  • mango pics. for garnishing, 
  • cardamom powder, 
  • salt to taste

Procedure:

Hang curd for 8 hours in a cloth.
Keep till all the water content drips out.
 Take chakka in a bowl.
Add sugar and mango pulp salt to taste
. Mix well
. Churn through puran jali or machine.
 Add cardamom powder, and some mango pics.
Garnish with mango pics.
Serve chilled Aamrakhand with puri
