Crushed sweet lemon pickle:



  • Ingredients:
  • Lemon pieces 1 cup,
  •  Jaggery 2 and 1/2 cup,
  •  Salt 1 tablespoon,
  •  Red chili powder 2 tablespoons, 
  • Cumin seeds powder 2 tea spoons
Procedure: 
  • Wash and drain the lemons.
  •  Make 8 pieces each.
  •  Make 1 cup pieces.
  •  Remove all seeds carefully.
  • cook lemon pieces for two whistles. 
  • keep aside for ten minutes.
  • Add lemon pieces in a dry, clean mixer jar.
  • Crush finely.
  • Add finely chopped jaggery and salt. 
  • Put the mixture in a  mixer jar.  
  • Add red chili powder and cumin seeds powder. 
  • Mix well.Grind the mixture few minutes for second time.
  • Transfer in a airtight glass jar.
  •  Refrigerate the jar. 
  • Enjoy!!!!!
