Grapes juice/Sarbat:


Ingredients:
  • black grapes 1 cup
  • Green grapes 1 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • salt 1 teaspoon
  • Cold water as required
  • cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  • Ice cubes

Procedure:
  • Soak both green and black grapes in a salted water for ten minutes.
  • Wash and rinse all grapes for two three times.
  • Add all grapes, sugar, salt and 1 cup water in a juicer jar.
  • Blend the mixture.
  • Strain the mixture in a big bowl. 
  • Add 3 cups water for 1 cup juice.
  • Add cardamom powder
  • Serve cold with ice cubes.
