Grapes juice/Sarbat:
Ingredients:
- black grapes 1 cup
- Green grapes 1 cup
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- salt 1 teaspoon
- Cold water as required
- cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
- Ice cubes
Procedure:
- Soak both green and black grapes in a salted water for ten minutes.
- Wash and rinse all grapes for two three times.
- Add all grapes, sugar, salt and 1 cup water in a juicer jar.
- Blend the mixture.
- Strain the mixture in a big bowl.
- Add 3 cups water for 1 cup juice.
- Add cardamom powder
- Serve cold with ice cubes.
