Chocolate sheera:
- Ingredients:
- Semolina 1 cup,
- Milk 2 cups,
- Sugar 1/3 cup,
- Water 1 cup,
- Ghee 1/2 cup,
- Salt to taste,
- Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon,
- Cocoa powder 4 teaspoons,
- Choco chips ,
- Almond pieces for garnishing
- Procedure:
- Add ghee and semolina in a large pan.
- Roast semolina till golden brown on medium flame.
- Add milk, water and cocoa powder in a big bowl.
- Mix well.
- Boil the mixture.
- Add all milk mixture slowly in roasted semolina.
- Add sugar and salt to taste.
- Keep stirring on law flame.
- Keep lid for five minutes.
- Add cardamom powder.
- Garnish with choco chips and almond pieces.
- Enjoy fusion recipe!!
