Breakfast specially for kids:
Chocolate sheera:


  • Ingredients:
  • Semolina 1 cup, 
  • Milk 2 cups, 
  • Sugar 1/3 cup, 
  • Water 1 cup,
  • Ghee 1/2 cup, 
  • Salt to taste, 
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon, 
  • Cocoa powder 4 teaspoons, 
  • Choco chips , 
  • Almond pieces for garnishing
  • Procedure:
  • Add ghee and semolina in a large pan. 
  • Roast semolina till golden brown on medium flame. 
  • Add milk, water and cocoa powder in a big bowl. 
  • Mix well. 
  • Boil the mixture. 
  • Add all milk mixture slowly in roasted semolina. 
  • Add sugar and salt to taste.
  • Keep stirring on law flame.
  • Keep lid for five minutes. 
  • Add cardamom powder. 
  • Garnish with choco chips and almond pieces.
