Raw mango tender coconut chutney:



  • Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup(250ml),
  •  garlic cloves 5/6,
  •  dried red chilies 4, 
  • grated raw mango 2 tablespoons, 
  • salt 1/2 teaspoon, 
  • sugar 1/2 teaspoon,
  •  water
  • Procedure:
  •  Take 1 cup thick tender coconut pieces.
  • Peel garlic cloves. 
  • Take 1/2 cup warm water.
  •  Soak red chilies in warm water for ten minutes
  • .After ten minutes remove red chilies from water.  
  • Peel and grate raw mango.
  •  Add tender coconut pieces, garlic cloves, red Chilies, grated raw mango, salt and sugar in a mixer jar. 
  • Add water if required.
  •  Grind the chutney finely. 
  • Adjust  salt as per your taste. 
                         
  • Serve chutney with chapati, bhakri.
  • Chutney goes well as bread spread!
