Raw mango tender coconut chutney:
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup(250ml),
- garlic cloves 5/6,
- dried red chilies 4,
- grated raw mango 2 tablespoons,
- salt 1/2 teaspoon,
- sugar 1/2 teaspoon,
- water
- Procedure:
- Take 1 cup thick tender coconut pieces.
- Peel garlic cloves.
- Take 1/2 cup warm water.
- Soak red chilies in warm water for ten minutes
- .After ten minutes remove red chilies from water.
- Peel and grate raw mango.
- Add tender coconut pieces, garlic cloves, red Chilies, grated raw mango, salt and sugar in a mixer jar.
- Add water if required.
- Grind the chutney finely.
- Adjust salt as per your taste.
- Serve chutney with chapati, bhakri.
- Chutney goes well as bread spread!
