Fresh(Wet) cashews Curry:





  • Ingredients:
  • Fresh cashews 250 grams, 
  • red chilly powder 1 teaspoon,
  •  oil 1 tablespoon, 
  • mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoon,
  •  hing powder 1/4 teaspoon, 
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 
  •  jaggery 1 teaspoon,
  •  fresh grated coconut 2 tablespoons, 
  • water
  • Procedure: 
  • Soak fresh wet cashews in the warm water for an hour.
  •  Peel cashews and keep in a normal water.
  •  Heat oil in the pan on medium flame.
  •  Add mustard seeds. 
  • Once they crackle add hing powder, turmeric powder and red chilly powder. 
  •  Add cashews in the pan and stir well.
  • Keep lid and cook for ten minutes on low flame. 
  •  Check cashews.
  •  When they cooked properly add jaggery, salt and fresh grated coconut. 
  • Add 1/2 cup water and boil. 
  • Serve hot with chapati!
