Mango sweet: kalakand:
- Ingredients:
- Mango pulp 100 grams,
- sugar 100 grams,
- mawa 100 grams,
- paneer 100 grams,
- Sliced pistachios,
- saffron threads
- cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Procedure:
- Take a large pan.
- Add sugar and Alphonso mango pulp, paneer and mawa in a pan.
- Mix well.
- Keep stirring on low flame.
- Add cardamom powder.
- Stir continuously till the mixture gets thicken.
- Grease the flat plate with ghee.
- Once the mixture gets thicken transfer and spread it on greased plate.
- Sprinkle sliced pistachios and saffron threads.
- Cut into desired shape after half an hour.
- Mango kalakand is ready to serve!
