Capsicum Stir Fry:
- Ingredients:
- capsicum 1/2 kg,
- 1 medium onion,
- half cup roasted mixed flour,
- red chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon,
- salt half teaspoon,
- sugar 1/2 teaspoon,
- oil two tablespoon,
- mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoon,
- turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Procedure:
- Wash and chop all capsicums, remove seeds while chopping.
- Peel and chop the onion finely.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds and turmeric powder.
- Add chopped capsicum and onion in a pan.
- Stir well.
- Keep lid and cook for ten minutes on low flame.
- Keep stirring.
- Add salt, sugar and red chilly powder
- . Add roasted mix flour or bengal gram flour.
- Stir well and cook for five minutes.
- Adjust as per your taste.
- Serve hot with chapati!
