Capsicum Stir Fry:

  • Ingredients: 


  • capsicum 1/2 kg,
  •  1 medium onion,
  •  half cup roasted mixed flour,
  •  red chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon, 
  • salt half teaspoon,
  •  sugar 1/2 teaspoon,
  •  oil two tablespoon, 
  • mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoon,
  •  turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Procedure: 
  • Wash  and chop  all capsicums, remove seeds while chopping.
  •  Peel and chop the onion finely.
  •  Heat oil in a pan.
  •  Add mustard seeds and turmeric powder. 
  • Add chopped capsicum and onion in a pan.
  •  Stir well. 
  • Keep lid and cook for ten minutes on low flame.
  •  Keep stirring. 
  • Add salt, sugar and red chilly powder
  • . Add roasted mix flour or bengal gram flour.
  •  Stir well and cook for five minutes.
  • Adjust as per your taste. 
  • Serve hot with chapati!
