Flattened rice with jaggery and coconut: Healthy and easy breakfast! Special kokani dish!
- Ingredients:
- Flattened rice 2 cups,
- 3/4 cup grated fresh coconut,
- Jaggery 1 tablespoon finely chopped,
- A pinch of salt,
- Coconut water 1/2 cup,
- Cardamom powder
- Procedure:
- Take a large bowl.
- Add flattened rice and sprinkle coconut water.
- Add grated fresh coconut , a pinch of salt and chopped jaggery.
- Mix well and keep aside for half an hour.
- Breakfast is ready to eat!
