Flattened rice with jaggery and coconut

Flattened rice with jaggery and coconut: Healthy and easy breakfast! Special kokani dish!



  • Ingredients:
  •  Flattened rice 2 cups, 
  • 3/4 cup grated fresh coconut,
  •  Jaggery 1 tablespoon finely chopped,
  •  A pinch of salt,
  •  Coconut water 1/2 cup, 
  • Cardamom powder
  • Procedure: 
  • Take a large bowl. 
  • Add flattened rice and sprinkle coconut water. 
  • Add grated fresh coconut , a pinch of salt and chopped jaggery. 
  •  Mix well and keep aside for half an hour. 
  • Breakfast is ready to eat!
